FAQ/Processing
Are JaeRi Studios pieces handmade?
Yes. Every JaeRi Studios garment is handmade. Each piece is carefully constructed by the designer, making the process more intentional and personal than mass-produced clothing.
Are the pieces one-of-one?
Every garment is handmade and will have its own unique characteristics. Unless a piece is specifically stated to be a 1-of-1 Limited Piece, items within the same design will maintain the same overall look and construction while having slight differences due to the handmade process.
These variations may include placement of details, distressing, fabric characteristics, stitching, or other finishing elements.
No two handmade pieces will ever be perfectly identical.
Are items made to order?
Yes. All JaeRi Studios garments are made to order unless otherwise stated. Your piece is created specifically after your order is placed.
Because each garment requires significant time to construct, please allow 2–4 weeks for processing and production before your order ships.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Please allow 2–4 weeks for processing and production. This is the time needed to create your garment before it is shipped.
Shipping time begins after your order has been completed and shipped and is separate from the 2–4 week processing period. Shipping is through UPS or USPS. Tracking will be provided via email.
During collection launches, holidays, competitions, fashion shows, or periods of high order volume, production times may be longer. If there is a significant delay, you will be contacted.
Why does production take 2–4 weeks?
JaeRi Studios is not mass-produced. Your garment is being individually cut, constructed, finished, and inspected by hand.
The production time allows us to prioritize quality over speed and give each garment the attention it deserves.
Will my garment look exactly like the photos?
Not necessarily—and that’s part of the JaeRi Studios experience.
Because our garments are handmade, slight variations may occur between the item pictured and the item you receive. The overall design, silhouette, and intended aesthetic will remain consistent unless the product is specifically listed as a 1-of-1 piece. Meaning a different rip.
Can I request changes to my order?
Some customizations may be possible depending on the garment. Please contact JaeRi Studios before placing your order if you have a specific request.
Custom requests may affect the processing time and/or price.
Can I cancel my order?
Because garments are made to order, production may begin shortly after your purchase. Cancellation requests are not allowed.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because garments are made specifically to order, all sales are final unless otherwise stated.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or has a manufacturing issue, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number so we can review the issue.
What if I need my order by a specific date?
If you have a deadline, please contact JaeRi Studios before placing your order. We cannot guarantee rush orders unless they have been approved in advance.
Please do not place an order assuming it will arrive by a specific date without confirming with us first.
How do I care for my garment?
Care instructions may vary depending on the materials used. Always follow the care instructions provided with your garment.
For specialty materials, embellishments, leather, denim treatments, or heavily constructed pieces, professional cleaning may be recommended.
Why are JaeRi Studios pieces limited?
JaeRi Studios focuses on intentional production rather than mass manufacturing. Limited quantities allow us to maintain the quality, individuality, and craftsmanship behind every piece.
When a piece is gone, it may be gone for good.
What makes JaeRi Studios different?
JaeRi Studios is built around the idea that fashion should feel personal.
Every garment is thoughtfully designed and handmade with an emphasis on individuality, craftsmanship, and distinct details. Whether you’re purchasing a recurring design or a true 1-of-1, you’re receiving a piece made with intention—not something pulled from a mass-production line.
Thank you for supporting slow fashion, independent design, and handmade craftsmanship.
